Core Values.

1.png

We value the unique strengths and potential of every teen, and we encourage all our partnerships to do the same. We also empower teens to show respect for themselves, others, and the communities to which they belong.

2.png

We foster open, respectful yet truthful communication—building trust with teens, partners, and communities. We own our actions and speak with integrity, even when it’s difficult.

3.png

We believe every teen deserves access to meaningful training and work experiences that build confidence, transferable skills, and civic and social awareness. By offering these opportunities, we create pathways to a brighter future where young people can thrive.

4.png

We embrace diversity as a strength. We ensure that all youth—regardless of background and circumstance—feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive.

5.png

We believe in building partnerships that matter. By collaborating with youth, families, employers, organizations, and community leaders, we create opportunities that empower, inspire, and strengthen our community.

We strive for high standards in everything we do — from programming to partnerships. We embrace mistakes as opportunities to learn and improve, pursuing continuous growth and holding ourselves accountable to deliver lasting impact.

Who We Are.

We are entrepreneurs, parents, lifelong learners, advocates, educators, mentors, business professionals, and teammates who believe every teen deserves a fair shot at building a bright future. Our diverse experiences fuel our shared mission: to equip young people with the skills, training, and confidence they need to thrive on the job from day one.

We understand the challenges today’s teens face — from limited access to mentors and professional opportunities to the growing gap between what schools teach and what employers need. That’s why we work hand-in-hand with businesses, schools, and community partners to build bridges between education and employment.

At Teenwork Partners, we see teens not just as students but as tomorrow’s innovators, leaders, and problem-solvers. We’re passionate about giving them the tools, guidance, and opportunities to succeed — while helping employers discover a pipeline of motivated, job-ready young talent.

Together, we’re building a future where every teen has the chance to shine.

What We Do.

At Teenwork Partners, we prepare teens to succeed in the workplace while helping businesses build stronger teams. Through job-readiness training, mentorship, and employer partnerships, we equip young people—especially those from underserved communities—with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive. From resume building and communication to leadership and career exploration, our programs bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world work.

The result: motivated, job-ready teens who make an immediate impact and businesses that gain reliable, skilled employees.

We offer 5 Pillar Programs

Professional Development Training – We offer three levels of workforce readiness certifications, each building on the last to help teens strengthen their confidence and soft skills step by step. Teens can choose to complete Level 1 only or continue through Level 3 to earn a Master Certification.  Level 1 helps teens understand workplace dynamics — from completing a job application and navigating the interview process to reading a paycheck and learning basic budgeting. As they advance, participants develop higher-level skills in communication, professionalism, leadership, and collaboration, building a strong foundation for success in any workplace or career path.

Mentorship & Job Matching – Once completing Level 2,  teens have the opportunity to participate in a 9 month mentorship program.  Mentors will help them set goals and navigate early work experiences. In addition, teens gain access to TWP's exclusive job boards, volunteer placements, and educational resources.

Business Partnership Solutions – We partner with employers  through a collaborative membership model that supports hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts. Business partners gain access to a network of motivated, job-ready teens while benefiting from tailored training resources, networking, and community recognition as leaders in youth workforce development.  Once business partners hire a certified teen, they stay connected with TWP via a business liaison representative.

Teen Advisory Council – A group of teen leaders who help shape TWP programs and initiatives, serve as ambassadors within their community, and develop their own leadership, project management and business skills through monthly meetings and direct support from Teenwork Partners' leadership team.

Career Exposure & Networking – Job fairs, panels, and industry events connect teens directly with local professionals and employers.  In addition, businesses benefit from connecting with other businesses to strengthen partnerships, share industry insights, and collaborate on community initiatives.
