How It Works.
TWP offers numerous ways for teens to be trained.​

Individual Teen Sign up: Class series will be posted on our website when available. Find one near you or reach out to us if you would like to coordinate a program in your town via this link.​

Business Sign up: Does your business employee teens? Set up a private certificate program for your teen employees.
​
After School Programs: We would love to partner with schools! We plan to offer after school programs in order for teens to grow and be ready to work!

Specialized classes: Certificate program not right for you or you can't fit it into your schedule? TWP will be offering deep dives/specialized classes as well. Stay Tuned.

Certifications.
TWP has 3 levels of Certification available to teens. Each level consists of 5 - 75 minute classes. Choose to sign up for Level 1 or work to complete all Levels.
Level 1 - Foundations of work readiness
Tier One goes beyond basic job prep — it empowers students to understand the world of work from the inside out. Through hands-on activities, they learn how to present themselves with confidence, build résumés, and practice real interview skills, while also exploring their rights as young workers, child labor laws, and the responsibilities that come with employment. The focus is on reliability, professionalism, and self-advocacy — giving students the knowledge and confidence to step into any workplace ready to succeed.
Level 2 - Applied workplace skills
Tier Two takes learning to the next level — helping students put their skills into action. They move beyond first impressions to master teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette through interactive scenarios and role play. Students practice managing real-world challenges like scheduling, conflict resolution, and professional feedback, while deepening their understanding of accountability and ethical decision-making.
By the end of Tier Two, students are not just job-ready — they’re workplace-savvy, adaptable, and equipped to thrive in any environment. Additionally, once Level 2 is complete, each teen is eligible to sign up for the 9 month TWP Mentorship program.
Level 3 - Action and impact
Tier Three represents the Mastery Level of our program — where teens apply advanced skills with confidence and purpose. Building on prior tiers, students gain hands-on learning in civic and social engagement, networking, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
Classes help teens think critically, collaborate effectively, and engage meaningfully with their communities. To bring their learning to life, each teen participates in a volunteer opportunity that puts their civic and social engagement skills into action in a real-world setting.

By the end of Tier Three, students demonstrate true mastery and emerge as capable young leaders ready to contribute in workplaces, schools, and their broader communities.Teens completing all 3 levels can earn a stipend for their efforts!
