Empowering Teens. Strengthening Workplaces.
Teenwork Partners Inc. helps teens, ages 14-19, build the skills and confidence they need to enter the workforce — whether it’s landing their first part-time job or finding full-time work after graduation. Our programs focus on developing soft skills, professionalism, and readiness to help them succeed in any workplace.

Our Story.
Founded in June 2025, Teenwork Partners is a small but mighty team with a big mission: helping teens unlock their potential and thrive — not just in the workplace, but in life.
Teenwork Partners was born from both experience and empathy. While Karen Burg, Founder and Chief Operating Officer, was learning the non-profit world as the Finance and Operations Director at the Brookline Teen Center, she saw firsthand how many teens were eager to work but didn’t know where to start. They needed more than just opportunities — they needed guidance, confidence, and real-world skills.
As a mother of teens herself, Karen recognized the growing gap between what schools teach and what employers expect. She wanted to turn her insight into action.

Teenwork Partners was founded, combining professional expertise and personal dedication to help teens gain the skills, mentoring, and opportunities needed to thrive in the workplace — and to help businesses discover a new generation of motivated, job-ready talent.
With a strong Board of Directors and a clear mission, Teenwork Partners is ready to make an impact. Our first series of classes is scheduled to launch in Spring 2026 — and we can’t wait to empower the next generation of job-ready teens.
